1. Service Overview

AIRapVideos.org provides generative video synthesis services that allow users to generate animated hip-hop and rap performance clips from user-supplied photos and lyrical prompts.

2. 100% Original Audio & Copyright Policy

AIRapVideos.org synthesizes 100% original musical beats and computer-generated voice flows. We do NOT distribute, host, or replicate copyrighted master sound recordings (e.g. Universal Music Group, Sony Music, Warner Music assets).

Users are strictly prohibited from attempting to upload or duplicate copyrighted musical masters.

3. Acceptable Use & Content Restrictions

You agree not to use our generator to produce:

• Hate speech, harassment, illegal discrimination, or defamatory roasts targeting protected groups.
• Unauthorized likeness synthesis of real-world celebrities, musicians, or politicians without written consent.
• Any non-consensual sexual, violent, or explicit depictions.

4. Refund & Failed Render Policy

If a video generation fails due to a cloud GPU server error or network disruption, your credits are automatically refunded to your balance immediately. For single pass purchases, if you encounter an irrecoverable technical error, our support team will issue a full refund within 48 hours upon request.

5. Social Media AI Disclosure Guidelines

Both YouTube and TikTok require creators to flag realistic AI-generated synthetic content. When exporting your video, you agree to comply with respective platform policies by checking the "Altered or Synthetic Content" box during upload.
