When you upload reference photos to generate an AI rap video (such as for the Hotel Lobby trend or birthday roast videos), your photos are stored solely in ephemeral GPU RAM and isolated secure scratch buckets for processing.
✓ All uploaded input photos are automatically and irreversibly deleted from our servers within 24 hours of video rendering.
2. No AI Training On Your Private Photos
We do NOT use, sell, or license your uploaded portraits or likenesses to train public foundational AI models. Your face data is processed exclusively to synthesize the requested motion video animation and is never reused.
3. NO FAKES Act & Likeness Consent Compliance
In accordance with state and federal privacy standards (including the federal NO FAKES Act proposal and state digital likeness laws):
- Users must have valid legal consent or ownership of any portrait uploaded to the platform.
- Synthesizing non-consensual depictions, impersonations of political candidates, or defamatory public figure content is strictly prohibited and subject to immediate automated filtering.
- We enforce automated zero-tolerance protection for minors. Any detected minors in uploaded media are rejected at inference time.
4. Cookies & Analytics
We use lightweight, privacy-friendly analytics to track aggregate website performance (e.g. page loads, device type). We do not deploy invasive third-party cross-site behavioral tracking cookies.
